Microsoft Teams Room Pro Announced

Microsoft is bringing together Teams Rooms and managed Teams Rooms into a single, unified license. The service helps organizations deploy a Teams Room system optimizing video and audio experiences while also reducing the complexity of managing these rooms with a proactive service that automatically handles system updates, problem detection, and problem resolution. In addition, the service now integrates with customer ITSM systems allowing the integration of service and support tickets between the customer environment and the Teams Room managed service.
