Microsoft Announces Two New Azure Regions

Microsoft is expanding its global presence with two new Azure regions being announced. First, Microsoft announced the fourth region in India which will be in the Hyderabad area. This new region will provide Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 services with availability zones. Second, Microsoft announced the fifth region in China which will be in North China. Like the other four regions in China today, the fifth region will be operated by 21Vianet. More details: North China Region and Hyderabad Region.
