Microsoft Viva Sales and Viva Goals

Microsoft’s Employee Experience platform, Viva, has two new modules available – Viva Sales and Viva Goals. Viva Sales combines CRM platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, and others with Teams and the Microsoft 365 suite to better integrate customer calls, meetings, chats, and records. Viva Sales will be available in Q4 2022. The second new module, Viva Goals, builds on Microsoft’s acquisition of Ally.io bringing Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for individuals and teams together and links individual contributions to the organization’s performance. Why This Matters

• The Viva platform is based on Microsoft Research on the future of hybrid work experiences and will continue to be the center for major investments in employee tools.
• Viva, as a suite, will continue to expand with new modules. 4 modules are available now, these 2 new modules have now been announced. Additional modules will come in the future.
• Viva builds on many existing investments around the Microsoft 365 cloud and organizations that have implemented those tools can more quickly leverage Viva in their own environment.
